Here are a few questions to help us create your mentoring group based on your needs. Feel free to sign up more than once to capture different roles that you want in your mentoring networks.
At the end of the sign-up process, we will ask if you have any feedback for us about the mentorship in-take. Please note any attributes or concerns or other matching criteria you would like to see added as you move through the rest of the sign-up process, so that you can let us know. We welcome any other suggestions as well.
Once a mentorship match has been made, your mentoring group will need to decide on how you will meet, how often, in what format, etc., depending on individual needs.
