| Abstract: | Join the Society of Physics Students (SPS) in an interactive workshop which will focus on how to build, grow, and support physics and astronomy clubs at Two Year Colleges. Topics will include information on how to get started, best practices, an interactive implementation workshop, setting expectations goals, service learning through outreach, and community building exercises. With no experience required, this workshop will highlight success stories from TYCs around the US and give you resources you can use at your home institution. This workshop is supported by SPS and the American Institute of Physics. |
