| Abstract: | Undergraduate research and community development at two year colleges can be both a rewarding and effective tool in student recruitment, retention, and alumni engagement. Two year colleges have unique needs and perspectives on how to best engage students in effective research, alumni engagement, and inclusive practices. This poster will outline several examples of effective clubs and provide resources. |
